Questions
Which WhatsApp number sends the messages?
Yours. You link a WhatsApp number to NexWorker by scanning a QR code, the same way you use WhatsApp on a computer. We recommend a dedicated sales number rather than your personal one.
Do I need a Meta Business account or approved templates?
No. NexWorker works with a normal WhatsApp number, so there is no Meta setup or template approval.
Will my number get blocked?
Any automated WhatsApp number carries some risk. NexWorker keeps it low: it messages people you have met, sends slowly in business hours, writes a different message for each person, and stops messaging anyone who opts out.
How does the lead generator contact the businesses it finds?
Found businesses are added to your contacts for you to reach first by call or email. Once they reply or agree to hear from you, NexWorker continues the conversation on WhatsApp.
What happens when someone asks about price or wants to negotiate?
NexWorker hands the conversation to you with a notification. It only answers from the information you give it.
